报告摘要：We propose a new notion of multiplicative connection in the tangent bundle of a Lie groupoid. We identify its infinitesimal analogue and discuss an integration theorem. We also present a bunch of examples. Our results can be easily generalized to multiplicative connections in VB-groupoids. This is the first step towards a theory of linear connections on differentiable stacks (joint work with: F. Pugliese and G. Sparano).

LUCA VITAGLIANO，意大利萨勒诺大学教授，从事微分几何与数学物理的研究，担任《J.Nonlinear Math. Phys.》和《Int. J. Geom. Methods Mod. Phys.》等杂志的编委，在IMRN和J. Symplectic Geom.等杂志发表多篇文章，在国际上有重要的影响力。
