Abstract:Classical Iwasawa theory plays an important role in arithmetic theory of elliptic curves. Non-commutative Iwasawa algebras are more younger than those classical Iwasawa algebras. In this talk, I would like to present the structures and representations of non-commutative Iwasawa algebras. In particular, we pay special attention to the existence of non-trivial two-sided ideals on Iwasawa algebras.
报告人简介：魏丰，北京理工大学教授。主持并完成多项国家自然科研基金项目。主要研究Iwasawa代数，在这一领域做出很多重要工作。近年来，魏丰教授在J.Algebra,Adv. Math.等著名国际学术刊物发表论文数十余篇。
