报告摘要:
This talk reports some new progress in the study of a haptotaxis system proposed as a model for tumor treatment with virus, describing interaction between uninfected cancer cells, infected cancer cells, extracellular matrix (ECM) and oncolytic virus. The appearance of nonlinear zero-order interaction terms forms the most significant challenge in the analysis of this new model. Several recent results including global solvability, critical mass for infinite-time blow-up, critical parameter value for efficacy of virotherapy, and boundedness of solutions will be addressed.
报告人简介:
陶有山,上海交通大学数学科学学院教授, 博士生导师。曾多次在美国俄亥俄州立大学、日本东京大学进行学术访问。研究方向为偏微分方程、生物数学。近几年主要研究来自于生物过程的趋化模型,在JEMS、SIAM、 Ann. Inst. H. Poincaré Anal. Non Linéaire、Math. Models Methods Appl. Sci.、J. Nonlinear Sci.、Inverse Problems、JMB、Nonlinearity、JDE等国际知名数学发表期刊论文70余篇,MR引用1500次,10余篇论文入选ESI高被引论文。主持国家基金及省部级项目10余项。现担任2份国际SCI期刊Nonlinear Analysis: Real World Applications 和EMS Surveys in Mathematical Sciences 的编委。
